About the project
MuTicket is an event management and ticketing platform built for organizers and event businesses in Central Africa. It combines event planning and ticket sales in one place, helping users create events, manage attendees and keep track of every ticket sold in real time. It was developed in partnership with Soft Ware Tech.
Event organizers were selling tickets through messages, cash at the gate and paper lists. There was no reliable count of who had paid, who would show up, or how many tickets were left to sell.
STES Group built MuTicket with Soft Ware Tech. Organizers create an event, sell tickets online and watch every sale as it happens, so the gate list and the sales figures come from the same source.
