Discovery
We sit down with the client, listen to what they need and get a clear picture of the problem before anything else.

Design
We plan the system together with the client. What it should do, how it should work and what it will look like.

Development
We build it step by step and keep the client updated along the way so there are no surprises at the end.

Testing
We run the system through its paces and fix what needs fixing before it goes anywhere near the client.

Deployment
We set it up, walk the users through it and make sure everyone is comfortable before we hand it over.

Support
We do not disappear after delivery. If something needs fixing or updating we are still there.
