About the project
SAMPS is a student academic management platform built for the University of Rwanda. It brings grading workflows and performance reporting into one place, helping administrators track student results, manage marks submissions and generate academic sheets across schools and programs.
Academic records were spread across spreadsheets and paper forms. Marks submission, grade approval and transcript generation each ran on a separate process, and staff across schools and programs had no single place to check where a student's results stood.
STES Group built SAMPS as one platform for the whole academic records workflow. Lecturers submit marks, administrators review and approve them, and the system generates performance sheets across schools and programs from a single set of records.
